We want to help more families get their kids the HPV vaccine. To do that, we’re offering gift cards to parents who schedule and complete their child’s HPV dose within 90 days.

But here’s the thing: every family is different. Some may need more help than others. That’s why we want to know the smallest gift card amount that would make it worth it for you to get your child vaccinated.

This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to understand what would help your family.

“Yes, I’ll get my child vaccinated if I get at least this much.”

After you choose your amount, the system will randomly pick a number between $0 and $50.

If the random number is equal to or more than your number, you’ll be offered that amount as a gift card — if you get your child vaccinated in time.

If the random number is less than your number, you won’t get a gift card.

This system is designed so that telling the truth is the best choice.

If you ask for too much, you might not get any gift card at all.
