About

I am a Health Policy PhD candidate specializing in Health Economics at Stanford University. I obtained my Statistics M.S. focusing on a wide range of quantitative tools, ranging from quasi-experimental methods for causal inference to machine learning methods. My recent research interests have focused on the economic drivers of obesity in low- and middle-income countries. Before Stanford, I was a research fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation. I like open data, reproducible research, and making complex statistical concepts easy to understand. Other interests include coffee, travel, board games, rock climbing, and disco music.
